Mascha is a published holistic wellness and yoga writer, and Level II Certified Yoga Teacher with extensive hours of practice and formal training in Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga), Myofascial Release and Meditation.

She is a dedicated student of Yoga and Ayurveda, with a strong commitment to continuing her education in all aspects of yoga (asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and philosophy), Ayurveda, holistic nutrition and wellbeing.

Mascha is also a tea ceremony enthusiast, holistic health coach, linguist, book lover, passionate traveler, and mamma to a sweet little puppy.

Mascha believes Yoga is For Everyone and has a passion for sharing her knowledge of physiological, emotional and energetic benefits of yoga with her yoga students. She teaches from the heart and aims to enhance the journey of her students through incorporating physical aspects of Hatha Vinyasa and quieter Yin Yoga with Conscious Breathing and Meditation.

Being a strong advocate for the ability of yoga and conscious integration of holistic practices to cleanse and enliven the body, mind and spirit, alongside with yoga, Mascha interweaves the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine together with Modern Research into her practice and teachings.

Angelique is a devoted yoga instructor with an insatiable desire and yearning to learn, grow and empower herself and others through yogic practices, adopting these ancient and powerful tools to help navigate the challenges of modern life.

Angelique is a level 2 registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, a registered member of the Meditation Association of Australia and a Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours of formal training.

She has been a dedicated student of yoga for over 15 years, studying with both local and international teachers.

Angelique has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and relaxation practices since 2012 and decided to formalise her Yoga qualifications in 2016 through Living Peace Yoga.

 

Michelle Nolan

Michelle’s passion in life is yoga of which she’s been practicing for over 20 years .

Completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2009, she’s since completed her Kundalini Teacher Training in 2021.

Michelle takes a holistic approach to her yoga practices to incorporate and overall healthy mind, spirit and body mindset. 

Holding a degree in counselling and having a private therapy practice,  she weaves psychology modalities of mindfulness, positive psychology and life stage development throughout her classes.

She hosts a range of classes to include Hatha flow, Yin, pregnancy, mums and bubs yoga, meditation along with running regular yoga retreats in Gloucester.

She enjoys holding space for others to make that deeper connection of understanding with all things internal and external to self.

Michelles classes are adventurous, lively, playful and energetic with varying degrees of challenges to accommodate all levels of yoga whilst accommodating to meet individual student needs.
