By continuing to access Unite Yoga or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy, govern Unite Yoga’s relationship with you in relation to the website and studio. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Unite Yoga. Except for viewing the content for your own personal non-commercial use, Unite Yoga does not grant you any rights to use the Website or content for any other purpose unless it expressly consents in writing.
Studio terms and conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Unite Yoga in 1/468 The Esplanade, Warners Bay, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Unite Yoga website uniteyoga.com.au.
While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Unite Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
Teachers are subject to change without notice.
Please check in with the teacher or assisting staff member before each class.
Our studio is a barefoot space, please remove shoes immediately at the top of the stairs.
As our studio is a barefoot space, no glass or ceramic water bottles are to be brought into the studio. Paper cups are provided in the locker room.
Unite Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. All bags and valuables are to be stored in the provided lockers before class.
Unite Yoga has the right to refuse entry to any person at anytime.
Bookings are to be made via Mindbody app or the MindBody website. Walk-ins are welcome although pre booking is advised as class numbers are limited. All walk-ins are asked to arrive 10-15mins prior to class start time to leave enough time to introduce themselves & sign in with the teacher, purchase a pass, and be setup in good time before class commences.
To book into a class you must either have credits in your account, pay at the time of booking on Mindbody, or pay in studio prior to the class. Class payment must be made upon booking online. The studio welcomes cash and asks that any cash payments be made with correct amount as a cash float is not maintained at in the studio.
You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.
Classes at Unite Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
You will follow all instructions given to you by Unite Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Unite Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
Props and Mats
The studio has mats and props you can use at no extra charge while attending classes with Unite Yoga.
Unite Yoga mats and props are not to leave the studio and must be wiped down and put away immediately following the end of your class.
If you store your own mat and props at the studio while attending classes and stop attending classes, it is your responsibility to take your mat and props home within 30 days.
Personal mats and bolsters left at the studio unused for longer than 6 months or 6 months after your last class with Unite Yoga will be given away or donated.
The studio is not responsible for long term storage or chasing you to collect your yoga mat and props.
Cancellation policy
$21 no show fee may apply. Cancellations must be made via Mindbody App 1 hour before the class or the $21 no show fee may be charged.
Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email, social media or in person. It is the responsibility of the person booking the class via Mindbody to cancel the booking via Mindbody should they not attend the class for any reason.
Students using an Intro offer, or 5 Class Pass who book into a class but fail to attend without cancelling more than 1 hour prior to the class on Mindbody app may forfeit their class.
Students using an Intro Offer or 5 Class Pass who book into a class but cancel the booking within 1 hour of the class start time, may forfeit their class.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Prices, products and offers include GST.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
All purchases are final. Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable.
Unite Yoga reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees which may incur from disputed or failed transactions regarding a students account.
Cash always welcome at Unite Yoga
Workshops
Unite Yoga does not offer refunds or credits on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket into another persons name by calling or emailing Unite Yoga at least 3 hours before start of workshop.
Payment needs to be made upon booking.
Please arrive at least 15 mins before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted.
Any no show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked workshop you will be charged.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used for yoga classes at Unite Yoga (excluding workshops).
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are not transferable and non-suspendible.
Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
Gift Cards may be purchased online or in the studio.
Class passes
5 class passes are valid for 2 months after first use only and are non transferable or extendable for any reason.
Casual pass is for 1 visit and is valid for 1 month from date of purchase.
Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions of passes for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Passes cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and have their pass or membership cancelled.
Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 1 hour of class start time, you will be charged for the class.

Unlimited weekly and Monthly class passes

Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on class passes for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Memberships cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will result in it being cancelled.
Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 1 hour of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at workshops.
Unlimited 12 Month class passes
Unlimited 12 month membership contract paid monthly.
Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on 12 month upfront unlimited membership or 12 month unlimited contracts for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
The only exception allowed will be the offer to freeze your 12 Month Membership Contract for 1 or 2 fortnights, up to a maximum of 2 fortnights per calendar year. This cannot be backdated and the freeze will commence either at the date of notice when we receive your email or the forward date you advise us in writing via email at flow@uniteyoga.com.au that you would like to freeze your membership.
Memberships cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will result in it being cancelled.
The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at workshops.
The 12 month unlimited membership contract is your commitment and contract for a full 12 months at the advertised discounted rate. Your membership will roll over after a minimum of 52 weeks into a new 12 Month Unlimited Membership Contract. If you do not wish to continue after the 12 Month Membership Contract period has finished, we require your written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of your 12 month contract period emailed to flow@uniteyoga.com.au.

Intro offer
Unite Yoga Intro Offers are only available to new students.
Unite Yoga Intro Offers for new students are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
Your pass will be activated from your first class booked.
Your Intro Offer is valid for 14 days from your first class.
Classes included in your Intro Offer are non-transferable and non-suspendible.
Unite Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions of passes for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, government restrictions or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Passes cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and have their pass or membership cancelled.
The intro offer exclude attendance at workshops.
Students who have practiced at Unite Yoga previously are not eligible for this offer. This includes Class Pass students and those that have purchased any other pass.
